Book Club Notes
In October of 2014 a new (and only) separate interest group was launched. Several meetings were held in homes with discussions being led by members. Take a look at the books we have read since we began this new interest group. Please join us for a fun one-hour discussion of the most current book. Or perhaps you would like to lead a discussion on your favorite book. We seem to be reading mostly historical fiction and mystery novels but we are open to your suggestions. The summer months are usually not filled with books or meetings, but a new exciting list was recently compiled from suggestions from all book club members. Watch for more interesting and challenging discussion.

"Go Set a Watchman" book discussion photos
Our last book discussion was very interesting with the addition of a special guest, Isabel Harper Clark. She is the grandaughter of Dr. Harper, a pediatrition who attended the Lee family in Selma, Alabama during Harper Lee's childhood. Harper Lee was named after him as a result of his fine relationship with the Lee family.
